Friday night/Saturday morning 20/06
holy crap - i am leaving tomorrow. most of my things are packed into a huge 105 litter backpack and a smaller 60 liter one, plus a carry-on. slightly apprehensive. nah, i am fricken scared. but this will be fine, and fun, and i want to see how the brits will react the first time i say 'dude'.

You'll get over the jitters once you're there for a week. You'll meet some nice new people who think you're funny (what can I say, they're not the smartest) and probably even a few people who want you on their trivia team (again, not the brightest) and maybe even a few who want to call you their friend (I don't even know what to say to that).
Good luck man. It's going to be great, just take them to see Hangover in a full theater and When Harry me Sally back at your apartment and you'll have friends for life
dumb question…why are you taking the huge backpack for the cat? (¿105 litter?) also, in UK it's "litre" and in Wales I believe is "Yugotcranc" or 0.213 Boulder Volume".
ReplyDeletehave safe flight. stay hydrated incase there is no water. and if you can fit it, bring something like a small jar of Welch's grape jam so you can show your new friends you had "Welshish/Welchish" goods in the states as well (or is it wale?). good luck dr. h!
